Why do we keep coming back?

Why do we come back to your facility and others we may not?

1. Your Horse Is Trained Well

   If the horse is trained to stand still and understand that humans are not here to hurt them and allow us to do our job efficiently it's definitely a plus. On the other hand it may just be a horse that has never experienced clipping or bathing before. Hence #2.

2. You Came Prepared

   Even though they are young or inexperienced and don't realize what we are doing is to help them be comfortable, as their care giver you came prepared with a calming dose of dorm gel or their favorite hay bag to keep them occupied. This allows the job to get done and no one is bothered.

3. You Did Your Homework

   You want the legs or ears or bridle path of your equine friend clipped or tidied you did your homework and taught them that they should not kick or bite and stand tied or held.

4. You Pay Your Bill In A Timely Manner

   Yes in person payment is always available but some people are on the road, busier, prefer to pay all their bills monthly. We get it. Just get it paid!

5. Snacks!

   After a busy day a snack or drink is always appreciated. Tips are too.
