Service Policies A.C.E Training and Solutions provides BODY CLIPPING, LEG CLIPPING, BRIDLE PATH CLIPPING, MUZZLE CLIPPING, EAR CLIPPING, BODY & LEGS, BATHING, BANDING/PLAITING, MANE PULLING TAIL BANGING, MAINTENANCE BRAIDING, FAKE TAIL ADDING, HOOF POLISH APPLICATION. We DO NOT Provide Shearing Provide Sedation Provide Sheath Cleaning Provide Fake Tails Perform Spur Patches Provide Leads or Halters Perform Muzzle Clipping for FEI Events Perform Body Clipping less than 14 days from a show Use needles and syringes Handle horses longer than they tolerate us to Use bits or hobbles as restraint or distraction Administer iv, im or sub q medications Owners handlers and those booking are responsible to be aware of show rules and regulations. Animal Handling Policy A.C.E TRAINING AND SOLUTIONS does Provide desensitizing training sessions for additional fee Use horse safe lead rope and halter Properly use stud chain if necessary for handler safety Use tools designed for horses Use regularly maintained equipment such as electric clippers, blades, blow dryer, vacuum and towels. We reserve the right to refuse service! If services are not completed in one session, A.C.E Training and Solutions will come back for a second session at the price of our travel fee. Locations outside of Stark, Wayne and Summit County Ohio, may be serviced for an additional travel fee. A.C.E TRAINING AND SOLUTIONS holds the right to stop any services at any stage if they feel the situation is not safe for horse or handler or refuse to perform services. If the owner wishes to reschedule and finish the service, a travel fee will be due at time of reschedule. Fees Dirty Horse Horse is not bathed or groomed prior to arrival and is not booked for a prep service $50 Unexpected Pre Cleaning Horse needs groomed by A.C.E before starting service but was not originally booked for said pre cleaning $50 Last minute cancelation Cancelation day of service $50 Last minute additional service add ons Adding of any Services when originally only requesting a Body Clip or Trimming Service on day of service. $50 Last minute additional booking Adding a full body clip horse or pony to original scheduled service on day of service. $50 Bad Behavior Any behavior deemed unsafe for service. $75 Equipment Damage Breaking of electric cords, breaking of blades, extreme wear of blades.
